Fox News host Tucker Carlson has been granted sole rights to the January 6 footage from the Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy. Tucker Carlson knew election denial was a lie but decided to go on air to say it was real to save his stock prices. Kevin McCarthy use of Tucker Carlson is state sponsored propaganda.
The following is a prediction of how Tucker will handle the footage.
“Tonight, explosive shocking video that the fake January 6 commission didn’t want you to see. The question isn’t why didn’t they share the video, we know why. It was an inside job made to look like conservatives were behind it. We’ve combed through hours of footage and there is no way we can show it all, but we’re going to show you enough for you to make up your own minds.”

Not because they want to protect your freedom, no. They want to topple free thinking Americans with their authoritarian narrative that somehow, freedom is only available to the powerful and elite.”

Tucker Carlson, much like David Sirota and Nina Turner, are more concerned about their bottom line than the truth. They expertly create a self-fulfilling prophecy while claiming to be an architect of truth. They count on hatred, fueling that hatred, then ride in on the white horse claiming they’ve fixed the problem they’ve created.
The January 6 footage given only to Fox News should be an absolute klaxon to every person who can think critically. Given the recent revelations that Fox News purposefully misled their audience to save their stock price, trusting them to tell any version of the truth is a fool's errand.
Remember, U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil’s opinion stated: “Fox persuasively argues, that given Mr. Carlson’s reputation, any reasonable viewer ‘arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism’ about the statement he makes. Whether the Court frames Mr. Carlson’s statements as ‘exaggeration,’ ‘non-literal commentary,’ or simply bloviating for his audience, the conclusion remains the same — the statements are not actionable.”
In essence, Tucker Carlson is not a credible source of news.
